FertiStream has signed a Framework Agreement with Huaken International Trade Co. Ltd., a subsidiary of the Agricultural Development Seed Industry Holding Company under the China National Agricultural Development Group. Huaken is one of only four companies licensed to import potash and potash containing fertilizers into China. Its business spans several areas, including chemicals, agricultural products imports and exports, and fertilizers.
The signing ceremony took place at the China International Import Expo in Shanghai—China’s largest and most comprehensive import-themed exhibition. This prestigious event is a global platform for trade with China offering companies like us incredible opportunities to form new partnerships and expand into new markets.
This collaboration marks a significant step as we expand our operational capacity for premium NPK fertilizers in the Chinese market, while also broadening our potash portfolio. We are excited about the opportunities ahead and look forward to a successful and fruitful partnership with Huaken!
