We gathered for our traditional Leadership Summit with senior and functional managers to commemorate our first anniversary and review our business performance and forward-looking plans, including an overview of each product group, as we near the completion of our business budget for 2025. In line with our commitment to continuous improvement and fostering a corporate culture where people are the cornerstone of our brand, we held a workshop to explore our company values. We identified ways to integrate these values into some of our operational processes as guiding principles. We also launched our "Speak Up" platform as part of our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of corporate governance; introduced our new website and our intranet and launched an e-learning platform for employees. In addition to our operational review and workshop, we covered our business development strategies in Europe and Africa, reviewed our freight transformation initiatives — including pricing methodologies — and discussed our IT systems, including our data warehouse.
